Oris introduces colorful Big Crown Pointer Date collection on Watches and Wonders 2025
During Watches and Wonders 2025, Oris let the beloved Big Crown Pointer Date collection blow a breath of fresh air. Known for its rich history and timeless design, this model gets a contemporary update with striking colors and technical refinements.
A palette of lively colors
The new collection introduces dials in various shades, including matte green, terracotta, yellow, blue and lilac. These colors give the Big Crown Pointer Date a modern look, while the classic design is preserved. The cabinet is available in both 40 mm and a new 34 mm variant, making the watch suitable for different wrist sizes.
Technical specifications
ORIS offers two timepiece options under the hood:
- Caliber 403: An in-house automatic timepiece with a 5-day power reserve and a small second guide at 6 hours.
- Caliber 754 (Sellita SW200-1 Basic): A reliable automatic timepiece with a power reserve of 38 hours and a central second guide.
Both timepieces are equipped with the characteristic Pointer date complication, whereby a central wiser indicates the date on the outer ring of the dial.
New Band Options
For the first time, ORIS is introducing an H-Link steel bracelet for the Big Crown Pointer Date, which ensures a sporty and modern look. In addition, there are leather tires available for a more classic look.

The new Big Crown Pointer Date models are available immediately. The prices vary depending on the model and the chosen band:
- Caliber 403 on steel bracelet: €3.950

- Caliber 754 on steel bracelet: €2.150
